Highly recommend Vitamix, got a couple in our family and the machines are awesome (one is 6 years old and still going strong with daily use) but the service is even better - warranty is fully transferrable to future owners on 2nd hand machines, and they'll go beyond honouring it.

One of my jugs had a tonne of use and I called to ask if the bearing was replaceable (just out of curiosity, nothing wrong with it) and they just express posted me a brand new jug - for pretty much no reason as far as I'm concerned, since I'm still using the old one a few years on.

Thought I'd share since their service was beyond excellent, and the polar opposite of a lot of MTB warranty experiences I've had.
