Hi , very hard ti find 20mm for thruaxle steel dropout , After check some builders supply ,nothing.

What fork? You can usually order them from the fork manufacturer via your local shop. At least then they will be designed to handle the loads.

Thats too easy, it sounds like he wants to build it from a piece of conduit from a hardware store.
