It was really light in the morning, for Mt. Ashland at least. Like the lightest I've seen it. I didn't take any pictures, so your gonna have to take me word on this. I know in Colorado this would be commonplace (for just about anyone but you ), but for here, it was epic.

I looked up the details of you mountain there. Looks pretty respectable with the 1150 ft vertical. Although they say the top elevation is 7533ft. - are you sure they don't mean the *base* elevation is 7533ft?
