24" for street vs 24" for dirt..

Guys..
What's the really different to build between 24" street bike and 24" dirt bike? Geometry? Parts? Coz, now i've built banshee scratch with 24" wheel, 455mm A to C fork, but chainstay length is 15,75".. Sorry for my bad english..

I think the main thing is bottom bracket height. If you have a bb that is below the axles it would be almost impossible to double peg grind because you would grind the cranks, but you could just feeble grind instead. But if you have a bb above the axles it will feel a little twitchy and unstable riding trails.
