Will 24" Tyres fit all 24" rims?
I.e. If the Tyres was designed for MTB rims will it fit bmx rims and vice versa.
I was thinking about fitting DMR supermotos to my Odyssey rims.

Your ok, just need to watch race tires (1.75) on some fat trail rims like the Arrows or some fat trail tires on the skinny race rims.

Yeah, those will fit just fine. Ironically... mtb 24" tires are still some of the best available. DMR, Schwalbe, etc.
