Does anyone make a halfway decent 120 to 150 mm travel straight steerer fork anymore?
I have a buddy looking for one for a bike he doesn’t want to part with, but needs a fork bad.

We could probably even make a 27.5 fork work, but I really doubt there are straight steerer in a bigger wheel size.

Probably your best bet. I have no experience with the guy, but those who have dealt with him have had good experiences.

I found one a few years back on ebay. Fox 36 Van R that needed a little work for $150. I was replacing my trusty Super T and needed something that would work.

I will say it was one hell of an upgrade. Likely the best one yet.

Not much help, but the two I have I’m not parting with. Sold my backup sektor a few years back. Got snapped up quick on pb but and sell.

Bought one last year for my son's bike. I can't speak for well it performs, but he really liked it.
