It's just wierd, when I added up the weights, it was around 25lbs. I think my XTR cranks came filled w/ lead.

haha i actually laughed at this. i would have been more impressed with a 5-7-5 format.

very sweet ride though. and yes, its the steel frame, fork and wheels that porked that baby up. however i'd rather have a steel frame than save a pound at most.

frame has got to weigh 5ish its the only way, unless the bike is very constipated in which case you should try lubing it with prune juice.

solid build, just ride it, i tried to get my bike down to about 26 ended up at 29 with a similar kit and a 36...

oh yeah i think they use the saint shifters to anchor cruise ships so they dont float away in the gulf stream...ditch em :evil:
