Looks like some people are doing some serious testing on this machine. They might be on to something here... what do you guys think?

I will never understand why people like horizontal bikes with seats that high. I rode one and it was less stable than Mel Gibson.

On a real fast massive bermed track, I recon it'd be fun. Not in a MTB type sense, but in surfing a shopping trolley sense. But yeah, having your body as a dead uncontrolable weight would suck.

If the seat was closer to the ground yeah but at that level no way. It felt really bad on flat ground. I doubt steeps and berms would help. I'd rather use my ballsack as a damper than try it.

My thoughts exactly. Recumbent "bikes" seem a lot closer to pedal-powered go-karts than to regular bicycles.

Bike jumps are made with the assumption that you're going to shift your weight around when you launch. Those guys can't, and their jumps look somewhere between uncomfortable and painful. But mostly just awkward.

Kudos for trying, but...
