I'll try to be as short as possible here.
I'm looking to join the 29er family and naturally i need a 29er for that.
So this is what i got so far:
This is from Felt: Felt Nine Pro
From Specialized:Stumpjumper Comp 29
From Kona:KULA DELUXE 2-9

Those are my choices, in that order. Though the paint job for the FELT is more of a turn off, all that XT is like a shiny nickel on a sunny day.
So my question is this, can i get something else in that price range and with those kind of specifications? (from the felt model)
Also to mention, I'm from Romania (but i will be in the UK for 4-5 months this year)

Can you order Salsa products from your bike shop in Romania?

If so, perhaps they can outfit a Salsa El Mariachi that would fit the bill for you. Or, alternatively a Surly Karate Monkey build.

Those brands are affiliated with Quality Bicycle Parts (QBP) and I think they have world wide distribution. Something to consider.

Also, perhaps you could score an On One Scandal at a nice price - or if you prefer steel an On One Inbred 29er.

I'll have to look into that, but from the on-one site almost all 19-20" frames are out of stock for now.
