Holy hell what a kick ass spin session.I started with a semi hard effort then throttled back to an easy pace until I was ready to go for it and then for ten minutes I held max effort followed by a good spin down. total time 40 minutes Cardio Profile
I was down to 82 bpm at the end of the 5 minute cool down and now at 30 minutes I am at 58 bpm not bad for a 60 year old

added in 3 rotations at 7 stations 15 reps per set on the weight machine.
I am wiped out and grinning
