Just got around to getting the pics off my camera.
Ride 1:
BigT and I went on a little tune up ride near where we were staying. The place was called Lake Calavera, and it was relatively flat. We hadn't been on the bikes for about a month, so we needed a short ride to get back into riding. Some shade, mostly fully exposed, very few rocks.
I guess this is what Californians call a bridge.

It was a fun time. Next time, I'll let Orven know long before we head out so he can plan a few rides for us "social" folk.
Narrow bridges. I guess they have shifted, becuse there was no way to ride the entire line of bridges.

Ride 2:
We were supposed to meet up with UltraNoob and his crew for some night riding. UltraNoob bailed, and left us with the fast group. Fortunately, Mr. Shrymp was there and gave us a tour.

Ride 3:
Orven was gracious enough to ride with us for another day near Carlsbad. We rode up to the top of Nascar and then down.

We climbed a lot for us right-coasters. We started near lea level.
