My friends and I are wondering how to pull a 360. We can do 180s but don't know how to execute a 360. Do you just spin harder? Any help would be great.
begin rotating as your front wheel leaves the lip. keep your head turned until you spot the landing letting your body follow through. once you have spoyyed your landing focus on it.
Building off biggins's post, the most common problems I've seen with 360's are these:
1) People either don't jump high enough or rotate too slowly to get all the way around
2) If you stop your head/shoulder rotation, your whole body will stop. Keep twisting that head and shoulder around, spot your landing, and you should be good to go.
I've seen people get so used to doing 180's that they stop their rotation when they get to that point every time. I think just making the concious effort to continue the spin helps.
