Get the more expensive one IMO. The better one has 760K pixels per CCD, while the cheaper one is 460K pixels. But if your budget is tight, the cheaper one will be a helleva camera.
There's some complaints of it not working well in low light conditions. This may be due to the extra optics used to split and bend the light to the 3 ccds.
I've kind of had my eye on this camera too. So you go buy it and let me know how it works out.
I have this one and for the price i think the quality in good light is very nice... you can really see the advantage of the 3ccds in the color reproduction. As for lowlight... it works about as well as you would think a camera at this price range would. I havent got to use it as much as i would like but i would say im pleased with it overall. If you have the extra cash go for the higher priced model but for the price i dont think you will be dissapointed with this one.
