We finally brewed a batch that is as good as I hoped.
We brewed a Brewers Best Summer Ale kit & added coriander & grains of paradise to the boil with the ingredients that came with the kit. Also only did a primary, for 6 weeks & 1 week in the bottle it was drinking good.

It has received approval from several friends that are beer snobs too. :thumb:

I think the reason this batch was so much better is that it didn't have that extract bite.

Brewed a holiday spiced Ale saturday. it should be ready by thanksgiving. :impatient:
