My guess is that to make everything work, purchasing departments for online retailers and wholesalers need to be made aware that people want them. And of course, you'd need to get them to make an inquiry with FiveTen.

Not wanting high tops because they look bad around town strikes me as a little odd. Sure everyone's style is different but from my point of view if you are in shorts and the rest of your riding gear you look like a dork regardless of your shoes, and if you have pants on that are so short that I can see whether you're wearing high tops or low tops you probably still look like a dork.
You guys all wear highwaters or something? I don't care if it's jeans or dress pants, I expect them to have a break at the ankle (meaning resting a bit on the top of your shoe).
