this is one of those mornings where i can't decide between regular drip coffee and espresso, so i'll probably have both.
I want to go ride, but the air quality is so poor it feels like the healthiest choice is to stay inside and do nothing.
It's supposed to clear up later this afternoon, fingers crossed.

'MORN. (lmao) I ran for an hour this morning. My right calf/shin is being an asshole, but I'll ignore that until it gets better or I am unable to physically run.
contemplated getting up early to do a dawn patrol ride. Set my alarm for 0530. said fuck it when alarm went off. Got up at 0645. sipping espresso. Work starts at 0830 today and finishes at 1645 gym tonight
rainy-tail end of sally rolling through. coffee and halfheartedly working. might postpone camping to next weekend to give things a chance to dry out.
i'm planning on taking my son camping soon.
weather is looking *spectacular* for the weekend. sunny and mid 60's. bikes shall be ridden.

Building up an old P-Street for the pump track/flow jump trail here... funny how hard it is to find parts.. It's a rim brake frame and I'm missing 1 arm.... And the rest of the gyro....

I am almost certain that I, too, have v-brakes in the bike box. So, @Wingnut, if you need anything, holler.

I also have an Avid 5 rim brake assembly and lever laying around. Used for like 2 hours total until I realized my people are a ground dwelling breed, and any hope I had for flight was dashes in those 2 hours.
that reminds me, i have pineapple and will be making pizza tonight.

Lucky is the fall seasonal this year. Hopknife drops today, but a much smaller run than in the past.

I think Blizzard starts shipping at the end of October for November release. Almost forgot, this is on the way soon:
Hiked for almost 5 hours yesterday. Found a nice rawk off trail to make some ramen noodles for lunch. Encountered several other hikers, more than a normal Wednesday. Must be the cooler temps.
