Yeah - I'd recommend getting the one in your state if you can get an income tax deduction.

My deduction for the CO plan was significant last year.

North Carolina doesn't offer any deduction and beyond that their plan is universally poo poo'd on.

Got no complaints on my CollegeInvest plan. Although it appears they ding out-of-staters investing in it.............
