has anyone changed the oil in theirs and if so, is there somewhere online to find instructions?

The oil volumes for the 2008 55ETA are 175cc oil in the left leg, 55cc oil in the right leg. Like almost all Marzocchi forks, to change your oil, remove the top caps, drain. Partially unscrew cartridge bolts, tap cartridge bolts, then fully unscrew bolts and remove/drain remaining oil. Cycle your cartridges a few times to get remaining oil out (newer forks can't be completely cycled while springs are still on, but you should be able to get most of the lingering oil out).
Reassemble the fork (except top caps), refill with the correct amount of oil. It's also not a bad idea to put some suspension grease on your seals & wipers. Replace top caps, cycle the fork a few times and you should be good to go.
