5th element air setup?

Knuckleslammer

took the red pill
Ok, I'm getting my 5th element air shock today and have no idea how to set it up.

Somebody over at nemba said this about the shock.
The bushings are plastic and you must set up the shock stiff enough so that it doesn't bottom out hard or the bushings will break. It has a huge air chamber and runs at a half the pressure of most shocks. I use 60 psi in the IVP chamber and half my body weight in the main chamber. BTW when you add air to one chamber it affects the pressure in the other so either you use two pumps or go back and forth between them until both are right. Instead of using sag for the setup, I use the oring on the shaft to make sure I'm getting full travel.

This thing seems like a nightmare to setup. 2 air pumps? WTF?
:blah:

Any advice? This is going on my Hollowpoint, which is somewhat like a blur in the VPP respect. I'm about 200 with gear. Any help is appreciated.
