I have a customer that has one that the rebound adjust doesn't do anything and it now pops back up with a great thud. anyone have any ideal what the heck he did to bust it??
Check air pressure. Should be above 50 PSI, otherwise the shocks dampening circuits do not fuinction. If that doesn't rectify it, he must have air in the oil, or a displaced shim stack or something. Needs to be serviced by a progressive service sntre if this is the case.

air could have leaked into where the oil of the shock is. I have not had a great deal of working with the 5th but i had the problem with my roco. if air gets inside of the shock where the oil is then it will top off. the only way to fix it since its not like the roco is to turn it into 5th element so they can bleed the air out.
