I have a 5th Element shock on my Santacruz Heckler. The spring rate on the shock is 300 x 2, it is a little bit soft for me. So I was thinking of getting a 350 x 2. The 5th Element springs are a bit harder to come by here in NZ and cost a bit. Someone suggested I could use a Manitou Swinger spring as they are the same, so I am wondering if this is true - can I use a Manitou Swinger spring in my 5th Element shock?
And do you think a 350 x 2 spring would be good for my weight 80 - 85kgs or should I go 400 x 2 or more?
