So I'm thinking about a 6 hr race in Lakeland. The reviews I've read of the race are nothing but fantastic. The plan would be to drive down Sat, race Sun, and drive back Monday. Any suckers, I mean takers? Hell even if you don't want to 'race' the riding should be awesome and it'll be sunny Florida.

That much driving for that little riding doesn't seem like the best ratio. Plus, driving is tiring, and would probably leave me too exhausted to ride the next day.....

im not looking, nor would i expect to be competitive. i just think it would be a kick ass road trip. the idea being to get a crew of guys and just go have fun. ive talked with some of the cats running the show and they seem like reall cool dudes and the course is sposed to be kick ass like the old school mtn bike races, not these groomed, sissyfied norba courses of today.
