i have a pair of med. however it doesnt matter how tall you are but rather how big your legs are around. i should have gotten some smalls for my skinny white boy legs. the overall length doesnt change but the length of the straps gets longer as you go up in size. very nice guards tho. they like to shift sometimes but it would probably help if i had the right size

I'm 5'11" - I wear size small... These tend to run a little big.

Edit: I have somewhat "meaty" calves.
