i got my new shock hardware in the mail and im looking to install it.
i did some investigative disassembly to see what im working with.
what i need to know is if this is a brute force or a very finesse kind of deal. seeing how well the linkage is designed and the tight tolerances of all the parts involved i dont want to damage anything in the process of replacing the shock pins.

Some force is necessary, as everything is supposed to fit very snugly together. Just make sure everything is aligned. I use sockets to help press the hardware in / out.
