    definitely 19.
I'm 6'0" and rode a 19 the other day that fit perfect.

One more vote for a 19. I'm 6'2" and am really comfy on my 19".

I am 5'11" with long arms. I ride a 17" and I could easliy fit a 19" comfortably. I also suggest the 19" for you.
