im hopefully getting a new fork when i have the money. Pretty sure i wanna get the duke sl cuz it's light, looks strong, has disc tabs, and is affordable. I'll be racing it so i want to know how much more bob a 100mm fork has vs an 80mm.

I have 100mm but thats a lefty and it's not fair to compare it to other forks out their cause it's in a class of it's own it's so good.
Sinceyour get a conventanul crappy fork get 80mm.
If you're racing... you certainly want an 80mm. For an XC course you need no more than 63mm, but 80mm is nice if you want to play around as well. I think any more than that is only called for if you like to do drops and ride agressively on hairy stuff.
