Just got a new set of lowers from 'zocchi for my 2008 888 ata and was wondering if anyone could link me to a set of online step by step directions for replacing the lowers or if they could walk me through it real quick...

I'd recommend taking the old ones off and putting the new ones on with all the crap in the same place.

Did you bust yours or something?

well there was play in the bushings so i ended up with some new lowers etc etc i think that's my plan though...doesn't seem too hard and yea i'm def riding sunday so gimme a ring some time this week to coordinate

Marz gave my 2008 888 ATA a new set of 2009 lowers because of the excessive bushing play.

They should just slide off after you unbolt the cartridges from the bottom. then carefully slide the new ones on. enduro seals has some tuts for seal installs. If ya still can't get it our try google.com

got it all done thought i tightened down the foot nuts enough but i gotta cinch those down a little more today its tough to get them tight and hold the cartridge from spinning at the same time
