im thinking about getting the Iron Horse SGS World Cup which comes with boxxer world cup, should I change it to a 888 ?
I currently got a Z150 FR and I really like the quality and low maintaince of Marzocchi's products, also I like the feeling of their HSCV cartridges.
is there any advantages to the boxxer besides weight and crowns height ?

You haven't told us anything about you or your riding so it's hard to give you a recommendation, but unless you can swap out the boxxer for credit towards a 888 when you buy the bike, you will need to sell the boxxer "used" so you might as well ride it a few times and see if you like it.

People bag on boxxers a lot (especially here on RM) but they work fine and are cheap, pretty light, and easy to maintain. I dumped mine for a 888 because I wanted another inch of travel but otherwise I would have kept it - never had the oil leaking, seal problems and other issues I keep hearing about.
