Who makes em?

Ive seen surly and atomlab, would like something lighter.

edit: gotta be sealed bearing, forget king

only ones i've seen are the surly hubs. no idea if others make 'em. well, other than atomlab that you mentioned. i think you may be SOL, and have to go with one of them. oops, and these:

i've seen a few people replace the axles on shimano disc hubs to bolt on, but then you wouldn't have the sealed bearings you want.

that may be what you'd have to do. fine a lighter hub, with a standard threaded axle that you could replace.

looking to stiffen up the front end of a non-20mm fork?
an allen bolted steel non-QR skewers worked for the front end of my old fork pretty well. i replaced the disc brake side nut with another one i had that had a steel end; made it pretty sacure and stiff. not as much as a 20mm, but better than a normal QR.

Hit eBay and look for Hershey Racing. You're all about the Hershey right?

Does it have to be disk? Why not King? I think you can swap out the axle for the BMX front hub into a universal disk and be good to go. Have you already used your EP allotment from them for '05? They're upping their prices next month though and no EP until then anyway.

You may already know this, but there are a few "trials specific" front hubs with bolt on axles. Echo, Try-All and Yasek I believe. It may be a stretch, but I think Hope makes one too.

If you didn't see it in your Happy Birthday thread....Happy birthday.
