Just talked to my manager, who talked to the hiring director. Director is pushing forward with the position. He has lit a fire under HR's ass and wants to get this done. Their timeline is 2 weeks to start, so 1 full pay cycle.

I move to establish two rules:

1) I don't post in the GMT about getting a new car until I actually get it.

2) Stoney doesn't post in the GMT about getting a new job until he actually gets it.

:D

That takes away like, 30% of our daily conversation topics. There is no way the group concurs.

New job unlocked. Work from home/remote in effect. Now I have to start dressing professionally again. Dang... And my base is now higher than my total annual comp from last year. I'm waiting for my downside.

But you're still going to scour the supermarket for the lowest price meat scraps per ounce, right?

(Does this mean the M stays?)

Anyone experience this before?

If anyone remembers my bacon leg from the bike wipeout last September, I sprained my MCL, lost some skin and generally just took a huge impact to my leg/knee. Everything is good now, but there is a slight soft bulge right under where the knee cap sits. Looking directly at my knees, the left one kind of looks a tiny bit swollen. No pain or anything, except if I try to kneel down on that knee; it doesn't hurt, but feels like I'm kneeling on a squishy bowl of jello.

What gives?

(yeah work is boring and slow today, yay)
Normal after that sort of injury, not a concern.

Put summer wheel sets on both cars.

Still trying to do damage control regarding local trail access idiocy.

I do like this move from bottles to cans for craft beer.
One of the small brewery’s ones south of here made some good beer but when it was in the bottle it was so inconsistent. Now they are in cans they seem to a lot more consistent

In hell. Welcome!
Got home late so no ride but installed a new DD 2.3 Aggressor on rear wheel. Biatch was tight but otherwise totally smooth tubeless installation.

is it on the deck, or did he devise a pulley system to store it in the rafters of the garage to make room for the ///M? or maybe the back of it is a climbing wall?
That is in a normal bedroom. It's in the house so Wifey makes me keep it normal. The roof box will end up hanging from the garage ceiling. And the climbing wall will probably end up going in the playground, assuming I can get it done anytime soon. Haley's almost old enough for the rec center climbing wall.
