Those trails look awesome! Some DH places don't have that many drops. What type of land is that (county, state, private)?

Vietnam consists of around 1000 acres of land that is is a patchwork of several parcels owned by the towns of Holliston and Milford as well as private owners. 6+ years ago, The New England Mountain Bike Association bought a key 47 acre piece of land that not only allows us to create fun trails and features, but help to block the development of other parcels.
