Upgraded the Socom to something a bit more stout and less flexy.
New rear wheel (Hope Pro2 laced to DT5.1)
New pedals (Deity Decoy)
New cranks (Gravity)
New chainguide (old E13 LG1)
New guide ring (E13 35tooth)
New seat and post (SDG with IFly saddle)
New headset (Cane Creek 110)
New Bars (Sunline Vone)
New Stem (Sunline direct mount)
New cassette (Shimano Dura Ace 11-23)
New frame (Santa Cruz V10)
:picsstfu: Oh yeah the most important part 39.6 lbs not weight weenie status but works for me.
Shameless self promotion. It makes you faster.

The Deity pedals are great, only 60 grams heavier than the Magnesium Wellgos that I have been running for years. Super thin wide platforms with plenty of pins, the powdercoat seems to be top notch as well. The only thing I can think of that would be better would be the Twenty6 rallye pedal but these are about half the price.
