The Moonlander's bottom bracket bearings wore out after two years of hard use. I ordered a replacement and wound up contacting Surly by email with a few questions. They responded almost instantly with the information I requested and wound up sending me a miscellaneous part I needed.

Props to them for excellent and responsive customer service.

I feel a good connection with my KM, lacing a 142mm hub for the new MDS only to find direct-mount only Hanger was a pain. Hope hubs though, stepped up to a thru-axle regardless.
