Blindly running into cactus
i found this place while on a call the other night at work. someone called in and said that kids were dealing/doing drugs around the tennis court....well, i never knew there was a tennis court at the given address. when i arrived, i didn't find any medling kids, but i did find this :thumb:

so i took my buddy dickiesbike1 out there 'cause he's a specialist at this kind of stuff, but frankly, i suck at it. so most of the ramp pics are of him.

and then we went on to the campus of High Point University.....and luckily, being that it is in the same city that i work....security guards weren't a problem ;)
my first big stairgap in a LONG time....probably since my concussion last year

a different stari gap

db1 hitting the smaller stair gap with some stylee

side view of me on the same gap

i'm so stoked to finally have some confidence back in my riding.....maybe next time there will be some pics of me on the box jump :D

ha, "where's the kid". sometimes....i just have to go with big kids ya know :D

i haven't checked the mail yet DHS, but i'm eagerly awaiting, i'll post pics as soon as i get it. can we say RM mascot :D :thumb:

by the way, a neighbor of mine was cleaning out his garage and came across his sons 16" haro nyquist and he decided that noah should have it. so i got a free, lightly used, bmx racer for him until he can fit on a mini. i adusted some stuff on it and he rode it better than his other "big" bike. gonna let him find a kid that doesn't have a bike and give the other one away (the one i painted).

check it out!

he hasn't had a problem jumping with the coaster. i guess he's so used to it. he's hit some pretty big stuff for his age, even a homemade rythym section and it didn't bother him. i just adjusted the hand brake on this new bike so that he can actually use it with his elf like hands.

anyone think those pics make me look tall and lanky?
dude, the fat mirror at the circus makes you look tall and lanky.

but if you weren't so lanky...you couldn't do this and walk away unscathed

anybody notice how nicely i fill out my shorts on the birds eye shot?:D looks like two christmas hams stuffed in a sock ;) :thumb: :help:  :dancing:

if you look closely, you'll see the manufacturers recommendations for those shorts is precariously close to reality :D
