And what destruct-a-thon would be complete without dousing the whole thing in alcohol and setting it ablaze?

I win.

Note to impressionable youth:

Safety glasses were worn when doing this. Fire was set in a controlled area with a bucket of water next to me.

And it was hella fun.

...which is why you do it in a well ventilated area (in my case, outside), you restrain from chewing on any of it, and you immediately douse the flames after snapping the above picture... It's burning the alcohol, not the circuit board.

not bad, not bad, but with something of that size to destroy, ya let me down that you didn't ride your bike over it, perhaps drop from a few feet onto it.

Maybe our next contestant will take it to a higher level.

Sure, if you can host some video.
As soon as I find some time, I'm supposed to get my company's website running, so this'll motivate me to get our domain/host in place.

Am I a model employee or what? :D

Glad I could help out :thumb:

Opie, believe it or not, I considered both dropping my bike onto it and running it over with my car, but there was a lot of seriously sharp stuff in there (including several pieces of glass), and decided the destruction was not worth the expensive tire replacement. As it was, I had to be really damn careful not to chew my hands up it.

Uh oh.

A quote about setting things on fire, and suddenly Knuckle has a "great idea".

I'm scared. :help:

The one thing that pisses me off the most is the pain I go through trying to fix something that is broken. I hate when stuff breaks, and I usually wrack my brain trying to fix it, then usually throw it out. However, I did save a couple devices that caused me a lot of mental pain, and tonight, I'm gonna give some back yo.
