Case Mt Ct that is.
today was a day to ride there. I had invites from 2 differetn sets of Monkies to ride down there today.
I chose to Ride with IRB and Co.

Here at MBC and Karine , with the lovely city of Hartford in the upper right of the pic. that didn't come out nearly as clear as I would have liked.

We would run into the other group of monkies several times.
Here we are socializing ( or getting our breath back after a climb )

with Ho in the background. that was another interesting thing that happened, was we ran in to 2 riders from long Island who didn't know the place and asked if the could follow us along. they were very good riders , what really amazed all of us was niether one of them carried any water. they were a pleasure to ride with .

Nice pics Splat! Looks like you all had a good time. I'm always amazed by all the riding (and the number of riders) in CT.. Never think of it as a mountain bike mecca, but it kinda is? On this board anyway.

What a great weekend! Jozz and Karine came down for the weekend to kick off their 9 day vacation and we had a great time on Saturday riding at Nepaug State Forest and then on Sunday at Case. I'm sure more photos will be added over the next couple of days.

I still can't figure out how those two guys could ride with no water whatsoever. They didn't even seem to be sweating either!

Nice to say "Hey" to Phil and Mark. Even tho it was just for a min as our groups met. Anyone hit that 4ft launchpad? That was fun.

I ran over a log at a good clip with one pedal down....let's just say it's good I was wearing a helmet. "Hello ground!"

Excellent ride indeed! And I can thank Jozz for talking me and MBC into the ride (we almost bailed due to lack of sleep).

I defintely had fun riding/hanging with the CT monkeys (plus Jozz/karine and spalt too!)

I need a bike inbetween my DH & my XC rig to ride those trails in CT....1/2 of the time I thought my poor Kona was gonna fall apart!! (I did have to replace my headset yesterday)

Both He and I were trying to take a pic of you grilling , But IRB kept getting in the way , and Jozz was trying to get him out of the way and Put his arm out as IRB turned out of the way and I snapped the Pic with out seeing his arm before I took it.
