Let me just start off by saying WOW!!!!!!! This bike is amazing. Starting at the beginning I got a 08 Stumjumper 29er as a back up ride by myself kinda bike. After 1 ride it has now become my main rider. That night I started tearing my other 2 bikes ( Ellsworth Id Santa Cruz Nomad) apart to build this up to what I wanted. I was telling my buddy how great it was then we went riding. He couldn't keep up with me at all it rolls great and climbs even better. I have a DH backround so needless to say I'm not much for the climb. That has now all changed. Anyway enough ranting you all ride one too so you know how great the are. I think it's safe to say I'll be rocking the 29er forever. By the way the build is 08 Stumpjumper comp: CK headset, Race Face bars and stem, Hayes brakes with steel cables, CK hubs with DT swiss spokes on DT swiss 470 rims and many more upgrades to come.
