I would write more about it, but this unusual thing is going on here at work: I actually have to work, for once!

In summary: Marla's teaching method is fascinating. She's really relaxed. Plus, she's really personable.

More later!:)

Sweet! That is a fun place to put in a couple loops. Did you pay to park near the lake or did you park at one of the free hunters' lots around back. It's fun to hit both ways, but counterclockwise is how I normally do it. The best is to ride counterclockwise in the Summer with a bathing suit on underneath your biking gear so that when you descend to the lake, you can just pedal around to the snack bar and sandy beach for refreshments and a refreshing dip in the lake. I miss Summer! :(

I raced at Greenbriar on Sunday and had the pleasure of riding behind Marla for a few miles during the race. She was very talkative and nice to everyone, something that seems rare for a pro during a race. One of my teammates was behind her on a slick downhill section and she told everyone behind her to follow her line, she blasted down the hill showing everyone how it is done. She did much more for her sponsors by being cool than she could have done by killing everyone and winning the race.

DBR, do you have any good pics of riding at the shed or the terrain. I am trying to get my buddies from OH to come down, but they wanted to see some of it. Can you help.

Most of that's been posted already but wtf. Not much in the ol' pics folder other than the drops since nobody wants to stop in the middle of ripping the blue trail to get out the camera...
