WTF?

Did you just compare Keanu to Ford?

Did you just compare Bill or Ted to Han Solo?

Did you just compare Neo (Matrix 2 or 3) to Indiana Jones?

EDIT: "Currently Kenau Reeves AND Winona Ryder are cast as the leads."
-- huge disappointment on both.

That's just as bad as casting Tom Hanks as Robert Langdon for the upcoming Dan Brown book-based movie of "da Vinci Code."

keanu is not that bad. my opinion is just that it's cool to hate him. if you reduce keanu to "whoa" you might as well reduce ford to his lopsided grin.

I am not cool, and I can't stand him. Why? he sucks.

But this won't be the first PKD book that Hollywood has raped.

the only problem is that if you take away "whoa", there's nothing left.

at least harry can claim some nice work like _The Conversation_.

He was in that, I forgot. I remember that being a fine movie, have to look on Netflix for that.

Keanu was in Point Blank. (*snicker*)

I like Keanu, I just think he lacks the depth. Maybe it's just the recent roles, but he's become cardboard.

I'd rather see:
Christian Bale
Rufus Sewel
... I'll think of others later, but those two popped into my head.

Thinking of Keanu and similar movies, that being Johnny Mneumonic... Henry Rollins needs more acting jobs!

He does great stand-up comedy, it's full of sharp commentary and suppressed homosexual angst.

He's not the greatest actor though.

I'm afraid to look. I've read the book no less than 5 times and don't think I could stomach it.

Anyone here know who Chris Cunningham is?
He's responsible for the a few Aphex Twin videos including Come to Daddy and Widowlicker as well as some SquarePusher videos and a um...Madonna one

Anyway he's a special effect genius and incredidle director that's been working on this project for years but gave up because he could never do the book justice i his own opinion. I was really really hoping he changed his mind and decided to do it.

Dude - have you ever heard him deliver dialogue? It's like someone scratching their fingernails down a chalkboard.

And do I even need to mention "Bram Stoker's Dracula"? :dead:

Every time I see/hear him, I want to commit hara kiri.

This should not be a reaction that *any* actor/ress should invoke. :blah:
