a Triple S ride - Slippery , Sloppy and Slow!
Most place are not ridable because of the snow, However Ashland State forest gets lots of foot traffic, so figured it would be packed down nicely and we could ride it .
we it was 40 degree's out ment it was a wee bit slussy , some times we got better traction by getting of of the packed slush. but still we trudged along
My Son coming down the path , follewed by rv55
once we got to the lakes edge we would get some clear trails. with very little mud.
even by the water wasn't all easy going
and it was good to see some new bridges have been put in
My son Crossing the Spill way
on the Dam , with the fog bank on the res.
finished up a hard loop , then did some snow Bank bashing
Just before he went endo!
all told it was a lot of fun , a lot of work and when things freeze up in the next couple days should be some good riding.
