I just got a $20 check in the mail (not email) from Paypal. It says-

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, attached please find the credit balance refund check from your account.

Then there's a $20 check attached. Has anyone else recieved one of these? Somehow, it seems fishy to me. The check is drawn on Bank of America.
