its right at the gor-tex neoprene interface. There is a cut in the neoprene [inside only] and I'm thinking wet suit cement overlaid with a bike patch should do it but I also see a bit of the gore-tex has come up too, the rest of the waders are in near perfect condition. Your thoughts / ideas on a best fix

Shoe goo as its flexible enough to seal but bend with movement of the waders.

I used that sh!t to fix a lot of stuff.

While the shoe glue is drying, throw some glitter on it and you can be marvelous while you're fishing also.....
