Somehow I got this onto my computer this afternoon. I don't know how nor do I really care, but it's there. It'd infected Internet Explorer and MSNExplorer. Somehow it hasn't done anything to MozillaFirefox yet but I'm sure it's just a matter of time. First when I discovered it, it had just switched my homepages and installed some weird toolbar that was un-removable. So then I downloaded the beta Microsoft Antispyware from microsoft, and that cleared up atleast 15 files and the toolbar upon a restart. But the homepage was the same, even after I used said program's feature that restores hijacked browsers to their original states it did nothing. So I searched the net a bit and found the free version of avast! which was recommended at a site for helping them get rid of it. Have any of you other monkies had this in the past? If so, what have you done to get rid of it? Also, any other suggestions on how to remove it would be extremely appreciated.
