Has anyone ever heard of AC cahain guides one came on my 99 foes but in peices and I dont know how it goes together does any one have a clue?

Do yourself a huge favor and throw it out. Get the MRP guide that Foes makes for it.

The AC guide is noisy, fragile and inneffective

Ahhh I remember having one for my Giant DH bike...noisy but the idea is cool. The lower roller arm is spring-loaded so it always adds tension to the chain.

I would get rid of it like said above, we tried to mount one on my friend's bullit a while back, but he broke the lower portion of it off on the first ride. Still worked somewhat effectively, but I wouldn't bother!
