Adjusting Back wheel to the front of the rear dropouts?

Don't know if I'm high or not. But would it help or hinder a rider if you took links out of your chain, to move your back wheel up further, backing-in the chaon stay bolts?

One link is half an inch. You run out of dropout REAL FAST.

Whether shortening the chainstays by a fraction of an inch helps you or not, is a tricky question. It can make the bike ride slightly differently, but not a lot. If the CS is a bit long, it can make the bike feel a little better for manuals and spin tricks.
It definitely wont make you ride any better....
