I've driven across texas before, it just seems like it never ends....

Arkansas is not bad at all in most places. Yea there are some nasty spots, but theres way more in TX, AL, WY, MT, etc. than AR.
Enjoy your vacation N8, we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks last month in Northern Ontario

Having driven through both Texas and Kansas, I can say that without a doubt Kansas is worse. Having driven through Kansas both during the day and at night; I can say without a doubt, daytime is worse. GO through at night. Kansas is an ugly, horrible place.
Friend and I are roadtripping to Boston this Friday for the weekend. Should be fun. No idea what we're gonna do once their, but you may as well do something with time off work.
