Anyone in RM-land try this listing company? I've used them twice, one very good experience, one very bad, and I'm thinking of giving them a tie-breaker chance.

We have stayed a few places, but I wouldn't trust my kind in my house, so I wouldn't use it to rent out.

Don't forget to hook it into Uber or some other delivery service for bongshed snacks.
Considering putting our place up for let because of our proximity to certain locations combined with ridiculously high demand at certain times of the year...would necessitate locking down the shed and moving all my cool stuff to the basement, which would take all of 5 minutes. But hesitate because my crapper is my crapper.

all my experiences have been good but it was the same host for all three properties
We've already booked 4 nights in Paris and 5 nights in Rome via Airbnb for next year. Fingers crossed.

Stayed in a bunch of places across the US, never had a bad stay.
Would I want to be a host if I owned a suitable property, probably not.
