Well I finally got this season's rig together and MAN is it sweet. I ran some DH runs all day yesturday and I can't say how happy I am with the bike. For being 7.1 inches in the rear it feels rediculously plush. The rear end is extremely stiff. On the high speed open stuff the bike was worlds different from my regular gemini last year. I couldn't believe the stability of it for being such a lighter style bike. The dorado is out right amazing, having a fully active fork compared to my slider plus last year is like jumping to a whole new level. The quality and craftsmanship of the bike also suprised me, The rear end with the floater and the axle looks amazing as do all the smooth welds. Ok im done I just really can't say how happy I am with the bike. Here is some eye candy if thats your sort of thing.....

Here is the spec BTW

Looks nice. What does it weigh? And who owns the pathfinder?
Digi said 43ibs whic is a lot heavier then i was looking for but it should drop about a pound or so with the holzfellars and new BB. Im gunna try to swing a lighter wheelset too maybe DT swiss on 823s but ill have to see if da price is right. Its Sherpa's pathfinder, thing is sick, 240 HP itll roast all the way up the shuttle road.

Damn, 43 is alot. My canfield will be 40.5lbs once my new pedals get here. I could drag sherpa's pathfinder up your shuttle road with my truck :D

Sweet ride; congrats! I just got a used 04 model on a great deal...loved my first few rides on it, but like a lot of people (apparently), I was suprised by how short a medium frame is. Even with a 70mm integrated stem, it feels super-short to me, and I'm only 5'11". How tall are you? What size frame is it?

Know anyone who wants to trade a large for a med.? :)

Please let us know how the DHX works out, too. So far I'm pretty happy with the Swinger...

Im about 5'8'-5'9' and the bikes fit feels perfect, I have the stem set at the shortest postion and it feels great for me. Yes I like the swinger too even tho both the fork and the rear shock are way oversprung for me. I can't even get close to the reccomended sag but Im excited about the DHX I think ill need a 250-300ibs spring. Ill have a full review and comparison vs the DHX when it comes.

Am I the only one who can't see whatever pictures everyone else is talking about?

I don't even see red X's...
