XTR cranks, awesome deal barely used for $100.

go to the hard ware store and look for bronze thrust bearings with 3/8 inner diam to replace the outer chain ring

Other than that, looks great. Quite a deal on the XTR cranks I may add.

Yeah, that disc needs to come off. I'll take care of that next time I have a few minutes alone with it. Chainrings will come off when I get some spacers or shorter chainring bolts.
