What the heck are those little stickers that keep your frame from getting cable rub called and where can I find some to buy online? (Preferably brown)

Go to almost any Cannondale dealer. Some clear ones come with most of the bikes. They include more than needed, so the shop may have some extras just sitting around.

Or order those Lizard Skins. Either way.

That's it! I just found some clear lizard skin ones on pricepoint, didn't know they were called patches.

if you dont like the stickers, you can get a sheet of clear stuff from go ride and cut out your own sizes...(probly cheaper)

go to your local motocross shop. They will have it in BIG sheets for cheap. They should have several colors as well as clear. It is called numberplate background.
